Agreement.

Every Round Rock Rubies puppy goes home with a signed adoption contract. A summary of what it covers appears below.

I

AKC Registration

Terms for limited or full registration, per the tier chosen.

II

Health Guarantee

A written 2-year health guarantee against serious congenital and genetic defects.

III

Spay · Neuter

Required for limited-registration puppies by eighteen months of age.

IV

Take-Back Promise

For the life of the dog. We will always take a Round Rock Rubies puppy back.

V

Rehoming Clause

Any rehoming must be approved by us in writing. No Round Rock Rubies puppy ends up in a shelter.

VI

Deposit & Payment

Deposit and final payment terms, with the $300 deposit credited to the final price.
